Our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) through our innovative Digital Marketing Platforms, which we are establishing in various countries. These platforms help SMEs effectively market their products and services, attract new customers, and grow their businesses.

We’re searching for a results-driven Head of Sales to build and lead a powerful remote sales force in your country. This is not your average sales job. It’s a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on targets, knows how to build a team, and wants to leave a mark in the fast-growing world of SME digital marketing.

Your Mission: Lead, Build, Perform
» Recruit, train, and manage a team of up to 50 salespeople
» Grow the sales team by at least 2 new members each month
» Personally lead by example by winning new SME clients each month

Your Qualification: Show What You Can Do

To confirm your qualifications as Head of Sales, we ask you to hit the following onboarding targets:
» Month 1: 6 new clients
» Month 2: 8 new clients
» Month 3: 10 new clients
» Month 4: 12 new clients

What Your Sales Team Should Deliver

Each salesperson you recruit and coach should reach the following results:
» Month 1: 4 new clients
» Month 2: 6 new clients
» Month 3: 8 new clients

Earnings & Expectations: A Leadership Role with Real Rewards

Your compensation as Head of Sales is based on a transparent performance model, designed to reward leaders who deliver results.

» Month 1: 10,000 GHS
» Month 2: 13,500 GHS
» Month 3: 17,000 GHS
» Month 4: 20,000 GHS

This is direct income from your own client acquisitions — no caps, no delays.

As you build your sales team, your annual earnings grow significantly based on your team’s size and performance:

» 1 Salesperson: 50,000 GHS annual income
» 10 Salespeople: 500,000 GHS annual income
» 20 Salesperson: 1,000,000 GHS annual income
» 30 Salesperson: 1,500,000 GHS annual income
» 40 Salesperson: 2,000,000 GHS annual income
» 50 Salesperson: 2,500,000 GHS annual income

This is a 60-hour/week leadership role, combining:

» Daily direct sales to SMEs
» Recruiting, training & managing your sales team
» Weekly reporting & performance coaching

To qualify, you should have:

» A university degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Web Design, or similar
» Proven experience in sales, leadership, or entrepreneurship
» Strong communication skills and full-time commitment
